Yes, he's a breakdancer who fights by dancing. Not in this sprite is his adorable little pet chick P-Chan, which has a blue strand of hair that goes the same way the blue on his mohawk goes. And for some reason Duck's tongue is always blue in every game.

Fun Fact - Said character got me into breakdancing. I use one of his dance moves "Duck Dance" and I'm surprised it's well received by people who watch me dance

Fun Fact - There's two types of Capoeira. The oftenly used one is the showy version where the combatants confront each other in the roda (pronounced "hoda"). The goal is to land blows and maneuver around your opponent, and it's mostly showy because it's like a game of wits where you try to make your opponent do something that leaves them open.

The other version of Capoeira is more straightforward. Instead of doing the pattern of going from one foot forward and one foot back, you assume a regular fighting stance. Instead of going for showy kicks, you use the ones that are the most effective. You can even use your hands a bit and headbutts are also utilized

I'm just gonna break the mold and stop saying fun facts for individual answers. Depending on what part of the head you use, it can hurt less. The sides and top are much more favorable than the forehead when it comes to attacking
