As for the glove type things, i would agree with you
if these were normal pieces. The interwoven layers
Actually allow for free movement. Sections of his armor
closely resemble rikus (the arm area especially)
For the armor itself is summoned rather than put on like
the hero's. That is how I can justify it.

As I said on MSN i really enjoy this picture, and the full version is even better. I love how you have the characters blending in with the background. It looks juts like an old time worn photo, which i assume is what you intended it to be. The layout of the characters is well done. Instead of having a boring 4 people standing the same way, you have them each in different poses somewhat based on their personalities.

The way you have Faust is ingenious, his pose shows that he is showing off his family and by the look on his face he seems to be proud of them. I love the theatrical look, especially how Faust has the coat (i think thats what it is) around his shoulders, it adds to the mood of the photo.

Of course Azure is perfect. He is standing kind of out to himself and posing with that w/e attitude and giving that kind of cold stare.

Mina(i think thats her name)has that kind of innocent school girl look which goes well with her due to her height and body mass. I don't know her personality yet but i like the cute girl look .

I also enjoy Akira's character, his look is very unique and ninja like. I'm guessing you referenced Kakashi, but never the less he still looks unique in his own KH way due to the heartless emblem on his chest and his clothing style is different from any KH char I've seen.

I love how you also incorporated a story into your photo to show why they are standing like they are as well. I would have never guessed that Mina was looking over her shoulder because Akira's character stealthily snuck into the room.

Inari, this is another great work and I'd have to say it is my favorite. I can't wait to see more of your art =D.

Please note that I am not saying that the others are not appreciated, but honestly
how many times do you have to hear "its really good" before you
begin to wonder if your art has gone stale...and people are just trying to
be good friends and encourage a forgone pursuit.

Looks really awesome, though I am only familiar with one of the characters, its interesting how just by looking at the other three's posture i can pinpoint their personalities. Definitely folks I don't wanna run into in a dark alley.

Anyways art-wise, it is beyond awesome, love the fade affect on their legs, really helps with the composition coloring is wonderful as always.

Finally my parting words will be that the ninja heartless is my favorite! ^^

First of all, I'd like to know more about the character, that'd be cool.

As always, I really like how you do the hair, especially the shades. It's cool how the lighter shades stand out, yet they blend in perfectly. It gives it a really realistic look. The way you have styled the hair this time is unique from the rest of your styles, is there a reason for the hair wrapped at the back? Something to do with him being a descendant (tradition etc)?

You've mentioned him as a rebel, and have really succeeded in giving him a bandit-esque look, which is awesome. It's pretty much spot on. The eyes interest me, as I can't actually tell what colour they are, it adds a degree of mystery to the character.

Keep up the great work, can't wait to see your next one

it is hard for me to tell the difference because there isn't much variety in there faces. they all seem kinda.....flat... and long.

Now to address it;

First off, this character really isn’t all that important; he is just a rather tentative idea I’ve been working on for the last couple of days. So his story and what not is still in the works.

Now onto the art, it did take awhile to figure out what color his hair was going to be and I must say as I’ve been moving along through my works I’ve noticed I’ve begun to add more portions of work to the hair; giving it that more realistic feel I believe. As far as the style goes I was considering something Chinese based, around the time of the three kingdoms, and then took many liberties with it. I’m not really sure in the story if that hairstyle will be a tradition or not, I just used a bit of artistic license and decided to go with it because it looked kinda cool. ^^’

As for the last bit, I’m really glad to hear that. I was concerned I made him look too prim and proper to be a rebel.

But anyway, thanks again for the comments as always. It is a real pleasure hearing from you along the others. ^_^

I’m sorry; I have seemed to waste your time by having you post in my monotonous art topic. I suppose I’ve fallen into a naruto type rut, with most of the faces formed in a general shape. Though in my defense, I never claimed to be going for realism, hence my 2-D pictures are as they appear to be.

Since that is out of the way, allow me to ask you this; Do you ever have anything kind to say?
Every time I read one of your posts, regardless of the topic it is in, you seem to always post in the same fashion- a negative as well as judgmental manner. I apologize if you find my style unappealing, I never claimed I was an anime artist and even then they are entitled to take liberties....just a bit of advice when critiquing or even just generally posting; if you cannot find at least something nice to say along side of the criticism/post, it is better to write nothing at all.

I am sorry if I had offended you. but doesn't the endless "its perfect!" type of responses get old after a few hundred?

I like pie.

Anyhoo daddodoo, it's always good to point out something good in artwork when you're also point out something bad, and one must always be as gentle as possible when pointing out the bad things! Otherwise people might get butthurt.

You had not truly offended me. I just decided to point out a tendency of yours when you comment on art. For you did the same thing in tiki’s topic.
It is true I get tired of the “perfect” comments however I do crave constructive criticism. Unfortunately though, the example above falls short of that.

I've been trying since the last rp on Galexi to draw
these blasted creatures and now i can say i've finally
done it, oddly enough after giving up the attempt-
quiet spontaneously too.

I haven't played a Pokemon game sense silver version, so I don't know if that is Master splinter or a Pokemon. I only recognize Zubat.

I like the tranquility though.

That little fighting thing is a new pokemon from the latest season. Though now
that you mention it, it does slightly resemble Master Splinter. XD
Glad to hear this one turned out well. However RR you should check out the
sketch right before this one too, that is the one i was trying to redeem my
character construction with. This pokemon one was inspired by the pokemon
anime style so i cannot claim this is how i draw on a normal basis.
